  1.  The production company “filmnation entertainment” is considered one of the leading independent production companys in the world, making films that focus on creative liberty and commercial appeal, with their recent movies like “Conclave” and “Small Things Like Thesepushing a focus on conspiracy and crime genres. They are an independent production company, which means they work closely with filmmakers who don’t wish to use major film studios, but instead independent studios that provide more creative liberty but a usually smaller budget

  1. What types of movies do they create?  R-rated movies that have a focus on romance, creativity, and introspection (“The Crow”,Palm Springs”, and “Maria”.) 

  1. How do they engage audiences to watch their content during production? Filmnation entertainment uses strategies like behind the scenes pictures, multiple movie posters, and constant online engagement to invite audiences to watch their content during production 

  1.  How did they promote their films? They promote their films by posting trailers and movie posters on their website, making space for their movies in film festivals, conducting press releases, and using other forms of social media like instagram to promote releases or release dates. 

  1. How did they distribute their films to their audience? They distribute their films internationally through their own website, Filmnation Entertainment, and through theatrical releases, along with 3rd party websites like IMDB.

Brand Identity is the distinguishing factors of a film company that separate it from its competitors, which is important for marketing a film because it allows for the movies they promote to be easily recognizable, and it allows for trust to be built with an audience, which will make it more likely that fans of a production company will engage with more of their movies

  1. Film Title: The Nest is a very fitting title for the film and i say this because most of the film is about family issues in a wealthy home. ‘The Nest’ represents their home. 

  1. Tagline of Movie: Having it all is never enough.” is the tagline of The Nest. The purpose of this tagline is to show how a family who has wealth and status is still dissatisfied and wants more. 

  1. Film Plot: Life of an entrepreneur named Rory, and his wealthy American family begin to take a twisted turn after moving into an English country. After moving Rory begins to want more and more wealth until he spirals out of control and begins spending money that his family doesn’t have.
