-Introduction
In movies, there are shots that are made in the movie. Each shot that is made, there is differences between them. The shot that is done close up to see a character eyes, is different from the one that is made to show a character chest and head. All of these shots are made to set a mood in a film or show how the character react to each other. This leads to shot sizes, and how they enhance the movie.
With my team for the film will be making, learning about shot sizes is important. It is the way producers/directors use to give details in their movies and depth. Because with the shots we use they all have their purposes in movie, for example to show how a lone a character is they will use a wide shot. To show the background being nothing but building and the character standing in the middle. To truly show how alone the character is, so through that shot size people get the feeling of them being alone in the world. With that it set the mood of the scene because of it, so with this exercise learning about shot sizes is one of the important things in camera work.
