Studying media studies is important because it helps you understanding the media you are consuming, because most of the media I consume romance related things. For example, books, TV shows, and video games. In those media they target me by having trailers and advertisement about the characters or scenes of them. And since romance related media target teens girls by having an attractive romance lead and making them dreamy to the audience. This brings in why I find media studies interesting, because industries market their media products to a certain audience by what they are interested in. Also, how films use those conventions to convey a story and for the audience to enjoy the film also. It brings back how media studies are used to help your analysis media.
With this I want to document a psychological horror because, the film I want to create is a psychological horror. I want to create it for people who are into dolls, because they are used to show creepiness and something that seem beautiful on the outside can be scary on the inside. The message of the film will be about how society view beauty. With that being the film, I want to create, I need to learn about camera shots, lighting, and character work. I will release the film when it the deadline comes.
The strategies I will use are making my post on times, be head of my work, talk to my teacher if I need help, and do my best on everything. By doing those things I will be on top of my work and do my every best on assignments.
